- Admission fee for new/readmission to Class XI & XII: SAR 2,000.
- Transfer fee (from other International Indian Schools under Embassy aegis): SAR 250 per child.

Tuition fees (detailed by payment type and year group)

- Standard (lump‑sum / reimbursed category): SAR 12,000 per annum per child. Payable in a single lump sum or in installments of up to 12 monthly payments of SAR 1,000 each. Annual / recurring mandatory charges and exam fees

- Classes I–VIII: First child SAR 70; sibling SAR 55.
- KG & Grades IX–XII: First child SAR 65; sibling SAR 50.
- CBSE registration and examination fees (payable in May): Class IX & XI registration SAR 40; Class X exam fee SAR 575; Class XII exam fee SAR 630.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Academic year: April 1 to March 31; the year is divided into three terms (April–July; August–November; December–March). Tuition is due on or before the 20th of every month (including winter break). For July & August (summer vacation) payment may be made on or before 20 September without fine.
- Installment option: up to 12 monthly installments (standard lumpsum plan uses SAR 1,000/month).
- Late payment charge: SAR 1 per day after the 20th of the month. Non‑payment for two consecutive months may result in removal from the class register; readmission requires payment of readmission fee as per school rules.
- Payment reconciliation: a separate deposit slip must be used for each child and admission number must be entered on the deposit slip; exact amount including VAT should be deposited. Fee once paid will not be refunded under normal circumstances.

Payment methods and bank details

- Accepted methods: cash payment at the school cash counter; bank deposit at Saudi British Bank (SABB) branches; net banking (preferred for SABB account holders). ATM/mobile app payment is not advised. Parents are advised to use net banking or deposit slips and to include the admission number as reference.
- SABB account details provided for electronic transfers (school beneficiary): Name: International Indian School; SABB Account No and IBAN are published for fee transfer (use the school's admission number as reference and include VAT in the amount). Where a candidate pays fees but does not report for even a single day, April tuition is not refunded (only the development fund is refundable in that case). Fee once paid will not be refunded under normal circumstances.

Consequential and administrative charges

- Readmission fee and cancellation charges: readmission fee varies depending on duration of non‑payment (examples and scales are published); cancellation of TC within one month SAR 100; re‑admission fee and other readmission conditions apply where a student has been removed from rolls.
