It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Eligibility & Timing Check
Before starting, ensure your child meets the age and residency requirements. For Pre-KG, the child must be at least 3 years old by March 31, 2026. Note that children on visit visas or those who do not meet the age cutoff will not be admitted. Registration typically opens in February/March.
2. Online Registration & Document Upload
Complete the registration on the school’s portal. During this phase, you must upload digital copies of the required supporting documents (Birth Certificate, Passports/Iqamas with Absher expiry, and previous school reports). Once finished, the system will generate a reference number.
3. Physical Submission at Admin Block
Print your completed application form. Visit the school’s Admin Block during office hours (Sun–Thu: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM; Sat: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM) to submit the printed form along with all original "enclosures," including 5 passport-sized photos and the Transfer Certificate (if applicable).
4. Document Verification
The school will verify your physical documents against the online records.
For Classes X & XII: You must visit the Controller of Examiners (Room 208) specifically to discuss the procedure.
For Classes I-IX: If documents are valid, you move straight to the final step.
5. Interview (Pre-KG, LKG, & UKG only)
For the youngest learners, parents and the child must attend a short interview. This happens immediately after document verification. There is no entrance test for these levels—admission is based solely on the interview and seat availability.
6. Fee Payment & Finalization
Once verified (or after a successful interview), proceed to the cash counter in the Admin Block to pay the prescribed fees. It is recommended to complete the payment on the same day to secure the seat.
