1. The academic year starts in the first week of April and ends in March of the following year. Registration for new admission begins every year in February/March of the preceding academic year. Admissions are subject to the availability of seats. Under MOE guidelines, under-age students and children on visit visas will not be admitted. 2. Copies of residential permit (Iqama) for father, mother, and child must be submitted with originals for verification at the time of admission. Passport copies for the father, mother, and child, including the visa page and address page, are required. Three passport-size photos of the child with a white background are required. Additional documents include the birth certificate if a passport copy is unavailable, the vaccination card, the report card of the previous class, the original Transfer Certificate from the previous school, the Noor Programme Number from the previous school (for local transfer), and the Absher copy of the child. 3. Uniform details are provided for different grade levels: LKG/UKG uniforms for girls are a white shirt with a red pinafore, white socks, and a red hair band or ribbon; in winter a white pinafore with white socks and white shoes is worn; LKG/UKG boys wear a white shirt with red shorts, white socks, and black shoes, with a red sweater in winter. From Class I to III, girls wear a white shirt with a navy blue frock and navy blue tie, white socks and black shoes; boys wear a white shirt with navy blue pants and navy blue tie.
