ISG Dammam offers a range of after‑school activities that complement classroom learning with academic enrichment and competitions. In elementary, students participate in stage performances, a reading and writing celebration, and the Elementary Student Council, along with International Day and Saudi National Day events. Middle school features a learning symposium, participation in the SAIKAC robotics competition, and the Middle School Student Council as part of its intellectual engagement. High school provides clubs such as robotics, debate, journalism, Model United Nations, and the National Honor Society, supporting inquiry, collaboration, and leadership beyond regular classes.
ISG Dammam provides arts and creative outlets across grade levels.
