Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Submit Application. Fill out the attached application form and submit it online or to the Registrar's Office. A non-refundable fee of SAR 350 plus 15% VAT for non-Saudis is required for the application, and a bank confirmation copy is needed for wire transfers. Items required from everyone include 1 passport-sized photo, 2 copies of the child's passport, 1 copy of each parent's passport, vaccination records, end-of-year reports, and a conduct letter.
2. Pass Assessment. All pupils must pass an age-appropriate assessment test. A non-refundable assessment fee of SAR 850 plus 15% VAT for non-Saudis is required. The assessment content varies by age: Nursery/Foundation 1 focuses on basic skills and development; Reception/Foundation 2 adds physical development; Years 1–6 test basic skills in English and Mathematics aligned to year expectations; Years 7–10 cover English plus CAT; Year 10 entry may involve Yellis; Sixth Form entry has defined conditions. The final entry decision rests with the Headteacher.
3. Sign Acceptance. Complete and sign the acceptance and conditional forms. Admission fees of SAR 13,800 must be paid within 5 working days to secure the place; this is non-refundable and will not be deducted from school fees.
4. Start School. The pupil starts school.
5. Pay Tuition. The first instalment of tuition fees should be paid within a week of receiving the invoice.
6. Availability of Places and Waiting List. Availability governs offers; the school may close admissions if a class is full and create a waiting list, maintained until the end of Term 2. Waiting lists follow a priority order: Priority 1 – British/Dutch citizens with a valid UK/Dutch passport and a sibling attending JPGS; Priority 2 – British/Dutch citizens with a valid UK/Dutch passport; Priority 3 – pupils with siblings attending JPGS of any nationality; Priority 4 – international pupils attending school abroad. Once a place is offered, fees must be paid within 5 working days; delaying admission moves the pupil lower on the waiting list.
Availability of Places and Waiting List: admissions offers depend on place availability; a waiting list may be created and is maintained until the end of Term 2. The waiting list uses a defined priority order: siblings and nationality considerations, then international pupils; offers require payment within 5 working days, or the offer may be withdrawn.
