The KiS dress code requires students to wear the school uniform. The uniform consists of navy trousers, a light blue button-down shirt, and a navy jacket. For physical education, students wear a jogging suit, shorts, and a polo shirt. At the start of the academic year, it is advised that items be labeled with the learner's name to prevent loss.

KiS is governed by a Board of Trustees within the Learner's World International Schools (LWIS) Network.
