Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is billed in three instalments with due dates shown above (01/09/2025, 01/12/2025, 01/03/2026) and fees are to be paid prior to the start of each term, as outlined in the school calendar. A SAR 200 service charge applies to dishonored checks. A portion of the fees (the SAR 1,000 down payment from admission) is deducted from tuition when the student is registered. A refund of an instalment will only be granted if a parent withdraws a student within one week from the date the instalment was paid; withdrawal during the academic year does not entitle parents to a refund of fees.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not offered as part of the school's provision; boarding fees are not applicable. (The school's published materials and policies describe day-school operations and do not list dormitory or boarding charges.)

Other costs and charges

- Transportation (school bus), textbooks, stationery, art materials and copybooks are excluded from the tuition figures and are charged separately. Textbooks and practice books are supplied by the school at the start of the year and billed in addition to tuition.

- Bus fees: Two-way (round-trip) bus service is SAR 7,000 per year. A bus registration payment of SAR 3,500 is required to secure a seat and must be paid prior to 01/06/2025; the SAR 3,500 registration amount is deducted from the total bus fee when the bus fee is settled. An additional 15% VAT is applied to books and bus fees. Saudi nationals are exempt from the 15% VAT on tuition fees.

- Uniform: A school uniform is required. The cost of uniforms is not included in tuition and is charged separately; the fee schedule does not list a fixed uniform price.

- Sibling discount policy: 10% discount on tuition for the second child in a higher grade, 15% for the third child in the lowest grade, and 20% for the fourth, fifth and sixth child in the lowest grade.

- Other administrative charges stated: bus registration portion (SAR 3,500), diagnostic test (SAR 1,000 refundable if not admitted), down payment (SAR 1,000 deductible from tuition), and SAR 200 service charge for dishonored checks.

Refund information and conditions

- The diagnostic test fee (SAR 1,000) is refundable only if the student is not admitted. The SAR 1,000 down payment is applied to tuition. Refund of an instalment is permitted only when a parent withdraws a student within one week from the date the instalment was paid. If parents withdraw a student during the academic year, no fees will be refunded.
