1. Begin by filling the student booking form (EN) to start the admissions process. The form requires the student's full name in English and Arabic, date of birth, ID number, academic level, and grade level. Indicate whether the student has brothers or sisters in the school and specify how you would like to be contacted (email or phone). Provide the contact details (email and phone) so the school can respond. 2. Prepare and submit the required documents: a copy of the national ID or residency permit for non-Saudis, a copy of the family card, a copy of the passport, and a birth certificate. Include a vaccination certificate for ages 3–8. Provide financial clearance from the previous school and pay the fees according to the school's policy. If applicable, bring the student's file from previous schools, including certificates and reports. 3. The student must pass a placement interview. The interview is part of the admission process and determines placement. It is a required step for formal admission. 4. Provide financial clearance from the previous school and pay the fees according to the school's policy. Fees must be paid in accordance with the school's policy, and a financial clearance should be on file. 5. If applicable, bring the student file from previous schools including certificates and reports. 6. The application for admission is officially accepted after completing the above steps.
