Step 2: Documents required for admission. Prepare copies of required documents in English. The documents include student's valid Iqama and passport, visa page if Iqama is under process, parents' valid Iqama and passport, student's birth certificate, vaccination certificate, parent's visa page, three passport-size photographs, Absher for student and parents with iqama expiry dates, and a fee clearance certificate from the previous school when applicable. Step 4: Verification guidelines. Verification of documents takes place on specific dates with token-based processing and appointed timings. Timings are 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and parents should enter via Gate No.1 to obtain a token and wait in the designated area. Step 5: Codes, fees and initial payments. After successful verification, a parent and student code are issued. You can then proceed to the Accounts office to pay admission charges according to the Fee Structure. The New Admission Charges include Registration, Entrance, and Security Deposit, with all charges non-refundable except Security Deposit. Step 6: Class allocation and Noor system transfer. Classes are allocated after submission of all required documents. The Noor System file for the ward must be archived or transferred to Pakistan International School Jeddah English Section by 24 August 2025, per MOE instructions. New students from outside the kingdom are not required to transfer into the Noor system.
