Billing schedule and payment terms

- Invoices for each term are issued in advance; fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the relevant due date/term. Term invoices are sent ahead of the term start.
- Term reports and transfer certificates are withheld until all outstanding fees and related charges are cleared; legal action is stated as a possible consequence of unpaid fees.
- Registration or term fees cannot be transferred to another student or to another term. Sponsors should be informed of the school's payment schedule to avoid delays.

Refunds and withdrawal policy
