Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Schedule a discovery meeting with the Admissions Office to visit the school and learn about the Cambridge curriculum and how education is tailored to your child's learning journey. Tours are available virtually or in person. The admissions team will guide you through the application process and answer initial questions. The meeting sets expectations and timelines for admission. 2. Start the online application via Classera to begin the process and access the age-appropriate entrance assessment. A non-refundable application fee of 250 SAR per child is payable at this stage. If you miss your assessment appointment, a reschedule fee of 500 SAR applies. The fees are payable at the start of the academic year. 3. Prepare the documents: completed application form. Include last two years of school reports and a copy of your child's passport. Provide a recent passport-sized photograph and English proficiency results if applicable. Submit a medical form including immunization records and any special educational needs documentation, plus any additional documentation requested by the office. 4. Entrance assessment and offer: Entry KG1-KG3 assessments take place in small groups at the school; if overseas, a 30-second video of your child playing and speaking may be submitted. Entry assessments for Grades 1-6 take place at the school unless overseas; online assessments can be conducted at the child's current school. Following a successful assessment, a place is offered or the child is placed on the Waiting List. If an offer is accepted, a 3,000 SAR deposit is payable and is deductible from fees. 5. Fees and enrollment: Tuition for 2025-2026 is 33,000 SAR for KG1-KG3 and 37,000 SAR for Grade 1-Grade 6. The 3,000 SAR deposit is required when a place is offered and is deducted from fees; it is non-refundable if the child does not join. Fees are payable at the start of the academic year.
There is a waiting list when classes are full. Limited spaces exist; once a class is filled, a waiting list is created to allow planning for new class openings within the appropriate section of the school. Families on the waiting list are considered for openings as spaces become available.
