Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Step 1: Schedule a Tour. To arrange a tour, contact the admissions office at 0112491616 ext. 917. Touring experiences the school's modern facilities and allows families to meet the admissions team. The tour provides information to help families decide whether to pursue an application.
Step 2: Understand age-based eligibility. The admissions policies specify age criteria for each stage: KG1 requires children over 3, KG2 over 4, Pre-Primary (KG3) over 5, Grade 1 requires children who are 5 years 9 months or older by the first day of school, and Grade 2 and above require completion of the previous grade with official documentation. Enrollment for intermediate and secondary stages follows the Kingdom's regulations, with specific grade progression rules.
Step 3: Complete diagnostic tests, interviews, and English placement. Applicants undergo diagnostic tests and personal interviews, and must pass the English language placement test. This evaluation informs eligibility for the appropriate grade level.
Step 4: Prepare required documents. A birth certificate or certified copy, a copy of the valid civil status or residence card, a certificate of passing the previous stage for Grade 2 and above, a medical certificate indicating no contagious diseases, a vaccination record, four photos, a medical record, and a comprehensive information record are required.
Step 5: Enroll and consider grade progression details. Enrollment for intermediate and secondary stages requires prior completion of Grade 6 (intermediate) or Grade 9 (secondary). Students who studied outside the Kingdom must present an authenticated equivalent certificate and pass the diagnostic tests and interviews. The student must be re-registered when moving from one stage to another with the stage administration.
Step 6: Pay tuition and fees; understand discounts and payments. Tuition and fees for National and American Diploma are published for 2025/2026 and updated for the upcoming year. A discount applies when two or more siblings enroll, with the eldest paying full fees and discounts applying to other siblings per rates set by the financial department. Payment is due in the first week of each semester, with a refundable 4000 riyals amount provided for the second semester. Re-registration is required when moving between stages, and meals, field trips, and other supplies are charged separately.
Step 7: Withdrawal and financial obligations. The school requires fulfillment of financial obligations before releasing student records or statements; withdrawal rules follow the contract terms. Tuition for the full semester is due at the start of the school year, and deductions apply per the contract if withdrawal occurs.
A sibling discount on tuition is available. When two or more siblings enroll, the eldest in the family pays full tuition, and the discount rate is applied to the other siblings according to percentages set by the financial department.
