Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Step 1: The school serves students aged 3 to 18 and uses English as the language of instruction, with Arabic proficiency also emphasized. The curriculum integrates Saudi traditions with global standards, and the school operates with a 1:1 device program for students. The aim is to develop independent thinkers who can engage with both local and international contexts. 2. Step 2: Submit the Online Application. The process is conducted through the Classera platform, which collects essential information about the student and family. Prepare the required documents including the student's passport photo page; both parents' passport photo pages; final report card from the previous year and the current year-to-date report; standardized test results if applicable; a financial clearance letter if transferring from another Saudi school; iqama copies for the student and sponsoring parent; immunization records; a company letter acknowledging sponsorship/employment; receipt of the non-refundable application fee; and for Saudi nationals, Family Book and Ministry of Education (MoE) approval letter. Some documents may be requested by the admissions office. 3. Step 3: Review and Assessment. After the application is complete and the fee is submitted, the Admissions Office reviews the file. Students are required to undergo admissions testing to assess academic readiness. The process also checks age and language eligibility, including English language proficiency. 4. Step 4: Decision and Enrollment. Following the review and testing, the admissions decision is communicated by email or text within a week. Accepted students receive an enrollment packet with further instructions. Families should complete enrollment within the specified timeframe. 5. Step 5: Waitlist. If the desired grade or class is full, the student is placed on a waitlist. The school will notify families if a seat becomes available. 6. Step 6: Orientation and onboarding. The school hosts an annual orientation session for all new students and families in August, which provides information about policies, expectations, curriculum, and resources. Initial one-to-one consultations, health and fitness assessments, personalized planning, and progress reviews are part of the onboarding process. Attendance is expected to ensure a smooth start. 7. Step 7: Fees and discounts. Tuition is published for Kindergarten through High School, with a 10% discount for siblings. The listed annual fees are 33,350 for Kindergarten, 45,425 for Elementary, 48,300 for Middle School, and 52,325 for High School. Parents should factor these amounts into their planning during admissions.
If no seats are available in a desired grade or class, the student is placed on a waitlist. The school will notify families if a seat becomes available.
