Enrolment and Re‑enrolment (application) fees

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Two payment structures are published: a single upfront annual payment (with an adjusted annual amount) or a three‑instalment/term schedule with due dates at enrolment/registration, before 30 November, and before 28 February (dates shown for the published schedule). Proof of payment must be provided to the school finance or admissions office (payment reference: Surname, Given name, Grade). Accepted payment methods: cheque, bank transfer, cash or direct deposit.

Discounts and reductions
- Sibling discount: 2.5% discount on the total school fees for families with two enrolled siblings; 5% for families with three or more enrolled siblings. A 5% discount on annual school fees applies to payments made fully upfront at enrolment.

Mandatory additional fees and exam charges
- IB (DP) examination fees for Diploma Programme students: XOF 640,000 per DP student total (XOF 320,000 per year), mandatory and payable in the instalments specified for DP candidates (dates shown in the published schedule).

Other costs and optional services
- Uniforms: Wearing the school uniform is required. Uniform prices are set and communicated separately.
- Textbooks and stationery: Prices are communicated separately and are additional to tuition.
- Transport (school bus): registration fee XOF 10,000; route/term prices are published separately.
- Canteen: registration fee XOF 10,000; monthly canteen tariff options published as XOF 49,500 or XOF 59,500.
- Extra‑curricular activities: fees are charged separately and published on request.

Boarding fees
- Enko Waca does not provide boarding; the school operates as a day (externat) school and therefore no boarding fees apply.
