The school teaches the Senegalese brevet at the end of the first cycle and the International Baccalaureate Diploma from Geneva, with a bilingual option depending on subject areas. The IB diploma supports admission to leading universities worldwide. Alumni have attended universities such as McGill University in Canada and The George Washington University in the United States. Enko Education provides an Africa-centered international school model based on three pillars: Africa as anchor, the world as playground, and the future in daily life. The school promotes the competencies of an international learning community—inquiry, knowledge, reasoning, communication, integrity, open-mindedness, altruism, courage, balance, and reflection—and bilingualism is a core aspect across Enko Waca's programs.
