Brook Hill International School provides comprehensive learning following the Cambridge Curriculum. The secondary program is organized as Key Stage 3 (Years 7–9), Key Stage 4 (Years 10–11), and Key Stage 5 (Years 12–13), with subjects including English (and English as an additional language), Mathematics, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Geography and History, and a Foreign Language option (Chinese, French, German, Serbian, and/or Spanish). Art & Design, Music, Information and Communication Technology, and Sport are included in the Cambridge program; Serbian is offered separately and not Cambridge-assessed. Classes are capped at 15 pupils, Cambridge IGCSE is offered in Key Stage 4, and AS/A Levels are available in Key Stage 5 to support university study worldwide.
Art & Design and Music are part of the Cambridge Curriculum. There are active arts clubs, including Art Club, Music Club, Choir Club, Drama and Theatre Club, and Film Club, which provide creative outlets beyond classroom study.
Foreign languages offered include Chinese, French, German, Serbian, and Spanish; Serbian is not part of the Cambridge program. Brook Hill has pupils from more than 20 nationalities, reflecting an international environment. The international student body consists of students from all over the world, contributing to cultural diversity on campus.
School Clubs provide a wide range of activities such as Chess Club, Fun With Maths Club, Choir Club, Music Club, Art Club, Needle Craft Club, Making Board Games Club, Making Puppets Club, Swimming Club, Zumba Club, Yoga Club, Scottish Dance Club, Sport Club, Drama and Theatre Club, Film Club, Stories for Younger Readers Club, Debating Club, and Foreign Languages Club. These clubs offer opportunities to develop social interests, teamwork, and creative skills across disciplines.
Community activities include special events and charitable initiatives such as the Brook Hill Spring Charity Bazaar and a Flower Show and Bake Sale. Remembrance Day is observed with student involvement, and charity work is a longstanding focus at Brook Hill, including initiatives like Charity for Kids 2023.
Debating Club is among the school clubs, providing a platform to develop leadership, critical thinking, and public speaking. The clubs emphasize speaking, movement, logic, and creativity as part of student engagement in leadership skills.
Sports and wellbeing clubs include Swimming Club, Zumba Club, Yoga Club, Scottish Dance Club, and a general Sport Club. Fitness and wellness activities are complemented by the provision of freshly made meals for lunch and snacks, with trips arranged throughout the year that are linked to the curriculum to support holistic development.
Brook Hill International School is an international Cambridge-based school in Belgrade, Serbia, serving pupils from age 1 to 18. The Kindergarten campus operates with a licensed international curriculum for ages 1–5, while the Primary and Secondary programs follow the Cambridge Curriculum within the Cambridge International Education and Examination Framework, augmented by the national curriculum in England.
