Fees
Application fees

- No general application or tuition charge is required for entry to Deseta gimnazija “Mihajlo Pupin.” Admission to the IB Diploma Programme requires taking a school entrance (selection) exam, but no separate application fee is published.

Tuition fees by year group

- There is no tuition charged for any year group. Deseta gimnazija operates as a public state secondary school and provides secondary education without a tuition fee.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school does not issue regular tuition bills because it does not charge tuition. Payments are collected only for optional or extracurricular items (for example, organised excursions and other parent-approved activities). Funds collected for excursions are paid into a dedicated school sub-account established for that purpose. Parents are notified of the amount and payment deadline for each specific activity when it is organised.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

- Deseta gimnazija is a day secondary school and does not operate boarding (residential) facilities; therefore there are no boarding fees. School facilities listed do not include a student residence.

Other costs or fees (uniforms, materials, trips, exams, etc.)

- School trips and excursions: Parents pay the cost of excursions and related travel/programme expenses; these are collected separately and placed on the school's special sub-account. Exact trip prices, deadlines and what is included are communicated to parents for each trip.

- Learning materials and personal supplies: Parents are expected to provide personal stationery, notebooks and any optional supplementary materials required by individual subjects or activities. The school provides information to parents about required materials when applicable.

- IB Diploma Programme external assessment/exam fees: The school runs an IB Diploma Programme; students in that programme are subject to the IB assessment process overseen by the IB Organisation. Any external examination or registration fees charged by the IB Organisation would be a separate item to be resolved between the school, students and families; specific fee amounts and billing for those assessments are not published on the school's public documents.

Refund information

- No general tuition refund policy applies because the school does not charge tuition. Refunds or cancellations of payments collected for optional activities (for example excursions) follow the school's internal rules and the arrangements set out for each activity; payments collected for a specific activity are handled via the designated school sub-account and any refund conditions are set at the time the activity is organised. No separate standardized refund schedule for such activity payments is published in the school's publicly available documents.

Fee payment options

- Payments for optional activities are collected into the school's designated sub-account; the school specifies the collection method and account for each activity. Contact information for the school (phone and email) is provided for any payment questions or clarifications. The school's financial and organisational documents govern how collected funds are handled.
