Billing schedule and payment terms

• The annual tuition amount is due at enrolment; families may choose to pay in quarterly instalments.

• When paid in instalments, tuition is divided into four equal payments (four instalments). The school's published instalment schedule aligns each instalment with the school terms: instalment timing covers the spring, start of the academic year (September), autumn/December and winter/March instalments.

Methods of payment

• Accepted payment methods: cash in EUR or in RSD (RSD amount calculated at the National Bank of Serbia mean exchange rate on the date of payment), local bank transfer (within Serbia), or international bank transfer in EUR, GBP or USD. Families are expected to indicate preferred method in advance to receive payment instructions. No published mention of credit‑card payment is provided.

What the tuition covers and other optional costs

• The annual tuition covers basic instructional services and a range of additional services, specifically: lessons for compulsory and elective subjects, preparation lessons, exams (including IBDP examinations where applicable), research projects, CAS activities, university admissions counselling, school stationery and coursebooks, school uniform, school meals (lunch and snacks where applicable), health care, security surveillance, IT support, laboratory and specialised classrooms, library access, school magazines, creative projects, use of playgrounds and indoor sports facilities, visits, field trips and excursions, and student exchanges.

• Optional or additional-charge items: organised home–school–home transport (transportation is an additional service and is billed separately if selected), optional language certification exams (English, German, Russian, French, Italian), summer camp and winter (ski) camp organized during breaks, and any extra or special services arranged individually.

Uniform, coursebooks and meals

• School uniform, coursebooks, necessary stationery and school meals are included within the annual tuition. Physical‑education sportswear and formal uniform requirements are provided according to grade regulations.

Boarding

• The school does not publish or offer boarding accommodation; no boarding fees apply. The school operates as a day school.

Refunds, cancellations and contract termination

• Termination of the enrolment contract is governed by the signed contract between the family and the school; the contract allows termination by mutual consent or by the family with prior notice provided contractual obligations are fulfilled. Refunds or any pro‑rata returns are not published as a general schedule; refund terms and any financial adjustments on withdrawal are governed by the contract and applicable tuition ordinance and must be handled according to the contract's provisions.

Practical notes on invoicing and payment administration

• The school's accounting/administration team issues payment instructions when families indicate their preferred payment method at the point of enrolment. Local RSD payments are calculated using the National Bank of Serbia exchange rate on the payment date.
