The PYP uses English and Serbian as languages of instruction, with a third language (German, French or Spanish) offered from Grade 2. In the MYP, language instruction occurs in Serbian and English across Language and Literature and Language Acquisition, with additional language options including Italian, Spanish, German, Russian, French, and Serbian, and mother-tongue support arrangements. In the DP, Serbian A and English A are offered, along with English B, French B, Italian B, Spanish B, and German B, with ab initio options; mother-tongue support is available for non-Serbian/English speakers at additional cost.

In the Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme, instruction and assessments are predominantly in English, with Serbian also used to support language development.
