A designated team (including the secretary, a school psychologist, the principal, and elected teachers) meets to discuss prevention and protection of vulnerable students. The Čuvam te portal provides anonymous bullying, neglect, discrimination and violence reporting to school principals, who regularly check for complaints. The school has a formal complaints procedure that protects all school actors and ensures fair treatment and inclusion for students with diverse needs.
