CEESA Athletics at ISB offers regional competition across age groups, with Dragons teams competing with integrity and leadership. ISB provides a diverse range of CEESA activities and sports, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, choir, Model United Nations, math counts, speech and debate, and knowledge bowl. Travel teams for CEESA tournaments are selected a month before the event, and all students are encouraged to participate and hone their skills through regular practice.
Performing Arts at ISB emphasize self-expression and personal growth through drama, music, and collaborative projects. After-school programs include instrumental and vocal tuition groups, with opportunities for students of all ages and skill levels. Annual productions for Primary and Secondary, lunchtime concert series, and community events such as the Spring Fair showcase talent and strengthen the school community. ISB participates in CEESA and ISTA networks, connecting students with performing arts festivals and events.

The PTSA connects parents, teachers, and students to support new families and build a welcoming community. Through the room parents program, coffee mornings, and seminars, the PTSA promotes communication and a supportive network. The PTSA works with Student Dragon Leaders and organizes events such as the Spring Fair, contributing to ISB's vibrant community life.
ISB's leadership team is committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment, led by the Director and supported by administrators and coordinators. The leadership team collaborates across the school to ensure student success and well-being. Student leadership opportunities exist through the Dragon Leaders program and the PTSA, enabling students to lead and contribute to school life.
CPR and First Aid training are integral to ISB's health culture, with annual staff training and regular drills. Health education is integrated into the curriculum through Health lessons, PHE, and Science classes, and students have opportunities to build these skills through CCAs and the International Award program. ISB also offers CPR and First Aid training for families, extending wellness beyond the classroom.
ISB is an international, co‑educational day school in Belgrade offering the full International Baccalaureate continuum (PYP, MYP, DP) and an American High School Diploma through NEASC accreditation. Instruction is in English. In DP, Group 1 Language & Literature can be English or Serbian; Group 2 Language Acquisition includes French B, Spanish B, German Ab Initio, and Mandarin Ab Initio online. The school serves ages 3 to 18 across two campuses: Primary at Temišvarska 19 and Secondary at Radivoja Lole Đukića 1a, in the Senjak district. Facilities include a Primary library, Music and Art rooms, a Media Lab, and a Multipurpose space, with a Secondary facility that houses science labs, a design studio, a library, Art and Drama spaces, plus a football pitch and gym. ISB is accredited by CIS, IBO and NEASC and participates in CEESA sports and ISTA performing arts networks, with robotics, creative writing, and leadership opportunities globally.
