The International School of Belgrade operates two campuses in Belgrade: the Primary School at Temišvarska 19 and the Secondary School at Radivoja Lole Đukića 1a, both in the Senjak area. The Primary campus houses 21 classrooms for Pre-K to Grade 5 and offers a Media Lab/Library, a Music Room, an Art Room, a Multipurpose Room, a Medical Office, a Counseling Office, and a collaborative learning space. The Secondary campus is a purpose-built facility with state-of-the-art science labs, a dedicated design studio, a library, Art and Drama spaces, a large outdoor football pitch, a gymnasium, and an on-site canteen. The campuses are accredited members of CIS, IBO, and NEASC.
ISB participates in CEESA athletics with teams called the Dragons. CEESA offerings include soccer, basketball, volleyball, choir, Model United Nations, math counts, speech and debate, and knowledge bowl. Travel teams for CEESA tournaments are selected a month before the event, but all students are encouraged to participate through regular practice. On the Secondary campus, a large outdoor football pitch and a gymnasium support on-site sports.

The Primary School Library is on the ground floor of the heritage villa; the Secondary School Library is in a new building. Libraries offer a mix of physical and digital resources to support inquiry. ISB is accredited by CIS, IBO, and NEASC.
Robotics Club and Creative Writing Club are part of ISB's co-curricular activities. After-school programs in performing arts include instrumental and vocal tuition groups, annual Secondary and Primary productions, and a lunchtime concert series. ISB participates in CEESA activities such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, choir, Model United Nations, math counts, speech and debate, and knowledge bowl. Travel teams for CEESA tournaments are selected ahead of events and all students are encouraged to participate through regular practice. ISB is also connected with the CEESA network and ISTA to enrich performing arts and athletics.
ISB is an international, co‑educational day school in Belgrade offering the full International Baccalaureate continuum (PYP, MYP, DP) and an American High School Diploma through NEASC accreditation. Instruction is in English. In DP, Group 1 Language & Literature can be English or Serbian; Group 2 Language Acquisition includes French B, Spanish B, German Ab Initio, and Mandarin Ab Initio online.
