Refunds are given if the course cannot start/complete, is terminated early, or if entry/visa requirements aren't met.
Full or pro-rated refunds are processed within 7 working days after contract termination.
Voluntary withdrawals get 70% if >20 days before start, 50% if ≤20 days, and 0% after the course begins.

Payment of fees should be made in Singapore Dollars only. All payments for services offered by Dimensions International College should be made to Dimensions International College.
