EtonHouse International School Broadrick is located at 51 Broadrick Road in a peaceful, green residential area on the East Coast of Singapore. It is conveniently accessible by pubic transportation, with the Dakota MRT station and several bus stops within walking distance, providing easy access to various parts of the city.
The school has Pre-School and Primary School levels.
EtonHouse Broadrick is a co-educational day school, welcoming both boys and girls. It does not offer boarding facilities.
EtonHouse International School Broadrick offers an Inclusive Education (IE) program to support students with special learning needs. A dedicated IE team provides tailored assistance to ensure each student's educational requirements are met.
The school does not have an affiliation with any particular country. It embraces a diverse community, with students representing over 30 nationalities.
EtonHouse Broadrick is a secular institution with no religious affiliation.
Curriculum hours for full-day students are from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, while Nursery 2 half-day sessions run from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Extracurricular activities are scheduled from Monday to Wednesday between 3:45 pm and 4:30 pm.
EtonHouse Broadrick partners with ZhengXingYun Service to provide transportation for students. All buses are equipped with seat belts and have an assistant on board to ensure student safety. Parents can choose between one-way or two-way bus services, depending on their needs.
Application and Enrolment Fees
- Application Fee: A non-refundable and non-transferable fee of SGD 654 (inclusive of 9% GST) is payable upon application.
- Enrolment Fee: Upon acceptance of a placement, a non-refundable and non-transferable enrolment fee of SGD 2,180 (inclusive of 9% GST) is required.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are collected on a semester basis, twice a year.
The following outlines the fees per program:
- Nursery 2 Mandarin Immersion (Ages 3 to 4):
- 5 Full Days: SGD 2,847.50 per month; SGD 17,085.02 per semester.
- 5 Half Days: SGD 2,562.75 per month; SGD 15,376.52 per semester.
- Kindergarten 1 Mandarin Immersion (Ages 4 to 5):
- 5 Full Days: SGD 2,847.50 per month; SGD 17,085.02 per semester.
- Year 1 Integrated Curriculum (Ages 5 to 6):
- 5 Full Days: SGD 2,847.50 per month; SGD 17,085.02 per semester.
- Year 1 Mandarin Immersion (Ages 5 to 6):
- 5 Full Days: SGD 2,928.86 per month; SGD 17,573.17 per semester.
- Year 2 to Year 6 Integrated Curriculum or Mandarin Immersion (Ages 6 to 11):
- 5 Full Days: SGD 2,973.55 per month; SGD 17,841.27 per semester.
Note: Monthly fees are approximate breakdowns for calculation purposes; actual fees may vary based on the student's start date.
Billing Schedule and Payment Terms
- New Students: Upon successful enrolment and signing of the student contract, fees are invoiced at least six months prior to the course commencement. If the start date is within six months, fees are invoiced immediately.
- Existing Students: Fees are invoiced three months before the next semester begins. The invoice due date is specified in each invoice.
Additional Fees
- Capital Levy: An annual facilities fee of SGD 1,090 (inclusive of GST) is payable per family.
- English as an Additional Language (EAL):
- Kindergarten 1 to Year 1: SGD 1,362.50 per semester.
- Year 2 to Year 6: SGD 1,635 per semester.
- Intensive EAL (iEAL):
- Year 1 to Year 6: SGD 3,270 per semester.
- Inclusive Education Levy: For students requiring additional support, a fee of SGD 2,997.50 per semester applies.
- School Meals:
- Pre-School: SGD 403.30 per semester.
- Primary Years: SGD 730.30 per semester.
Refund Policy

Sibling Discount
A 10% discount is applied to the gross school fees of siblings enrolled in any EtonHouse campus (excluding EIS International Pre-School Pte. Ltd.). The sibling with the highest fees does not receive a discount; all other siblings are eligible.
EtonHouse International School Broadrick caters for children aged 3 to 11 years, offering the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
