Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Book a Tour:
The first step in the admissions journey is for prospective parents to book a school tour directly through the HEI Schools Singapore Bishan website. Parents can select a preferred date and time for a weekday visit using the online booking form. This form requires basic contact information alongside the prospective student's details and date of birth.

2. Meet the Team:
During the scheduled campus visit, families will meet the school's educational team to understand the learning environment and daily routines. It is at this stage, during the tour or admissions meeting, that specific tuition fees and payment details are officially shared with parents. This ensures families have all the necessary financial and program information before moving forward.

3. Submit an Application:
Following the initial visit and consultation with the team, interested families are invited to submit a formal application for their child. This step involves providing the required enrollment documentation to the school for review.

4. Enrollment Confirmation:
Once the application has been processed and accepted by the school administration, families will receive an official enrollment confirmation. This confirmation formalizes the admission and secures the child's placement within their respective age group or the HEI Bridges program.

HEI Schools Singapore Bishan is an early childhood center located at 11 Binchang Rise. Catering to children aged 18 months to six years, the school follows a bespoke curriculum rooted in the Finnish education system, co-developed with the University of Helsinki. The campus features outdoor park areas designed for daily nature exploration and hands-on environmental education. A distinctive feature of the school is the HEI Bridges program, which provides an inclusive framework to support neurodivergent learners within mainstream settings, aided by an on-site Senior Occupational Therapist and Clinical Psychologist. Students engage in inquiry-based projects focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and practical life skills. Learning is organized around four frameworks that emphasize exploration and forms of expression like visual arts and music. Founded by educator Jayne Nadarajoo, the center focuses on equipping young learners with foundational skills before their transition to primary education.
