Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Attend a Pre-Course Counselling Session.
During this session, a school staff member will discuss your child's educational needs, explain the curriculum, and provide guidance on course suitability and future academic pathways. You'll complete and sign the Pre-Course Counselling and Survey Form at this stage.
Submit the Application and Required Documents.
Complete the Student Application Form and provide necessary documents, including your child's birth certificate, medical records (if any), latest school report, and two passport-sized photos. Originals will be required for verification.
Pay the Registration and Diagnostic Test Fees.
Upon submission, you'll need to pay the non-refundable registration fee and diagnostic test fee. The school will then schedule a diagnostic test to assess your child's academic level and determine the appropriate grade placement.
Review of Diagnostic Test Results and Grade Placement.
After the diagnostic test, the school will advise you on the suitable grade level for your child. If applicable, they will also guide you through the Student's Pass application process for international students.
Complete the Enrollment Process.
Finalize the enrollment by signing the PEI-Student Contract and paying the course fees. You'll also need to order the necessary PACEs (curriculum materials) and any additional resources required for your child's program.
