The Thomson Campus of Heritage Academy serves students from Grades 1 to 12 under one campus. It provides a structured learning environment for primary, middle, and high school levels, all following the American curriculum.
Heritage Academy Thomson Campus is a co-educational day school. It does not offer boarding facilities. The school welcomes both local and international students.

The school day at Heritage Academy Thomson Campus varies by grade and session. For Grades 1–6, sessions run either from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 1:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. For Grades 7–12, sessions are either from 7:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. or 12:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Students have a mid-session food break, and Fridays are reserved for co-curricular activities.
Heritage Academy Thomson Campus offers a school bus service through an external provider, Henry Bus Service.

Tuition Fees:
Grades 1–6: SGD 7,926.48 per year (inclusive of 9% GST and Fee Protection Scheme \[FPS] insurance)
Grades 7–12: SGD 8,917 per year
Billing Schedule and Payment Terms:
Tuition fees can be paid in 10 monthly installments, starting in January and concluding in October.
A 10% discount on the course fee is available if the full annual tuition is paid in a single payment.
Other Costs:
Uniforms: Available for purchase at Chop Kong Chong, Sembawang Shopping Centre.
Miscellaneous Fees: Additional costs may include learning materials, co-curricular activities, and excursions.
Refund Information:
The school adheres to the refund policy outlined in the Standard Student Contract as per the Committee for Private Education (CPE) guidelines.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days upon approval.
Cooling-off Period: A full refund is available if withdrawal occurs within 7 working days after signing the student contract.
Fee Payment Options:
Payments can be made via bank transfer.
The school purchases FPS insurance on behalf of students to protect tuition fees.
