Billing Schedule and Payment Terms
Tuition fees are due on the last day of each month. Late payments incur a penalty of 1% per month on any overdue amount.

Refund Information
HFSE provides a cooling-off period of seven working days after the signing of the student contract, during which a full refund of fees paid is available if a written notice of withdrawal is submitted. Refunds for withdrawals after this period are subject to the school's refund policy as detailed in the student contract.
