It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Book an Open House:
If you haven’t already, consider booking a tour or attending an Open House session. This gives you a chance to experience the campus, meet the staff, and gain a better understanding of the school environment and culture.
Submit an Application:
Complete the online application form, ensuring that all necessary documents (like academic records, identity proofs, etc.) are submitted. This step helps the school assess whether your child meets the required entry criteria.
Assessment & Interview:
Your child may be invited for an assessment or interview depending on their age and grade level. This allows the school to better understand their academic strengths and areas for development, as well as their fit with the school’s community.
Offer of Admission:
If your child is offered a place at the school, you will receive an official offer letter with details about next steps, including registration and fee payment. Be sure to confirm your acceptance and finalize any required documentation.
HWA International School operates a waitlist system for certain year groups when applications exceed available spaces. Parents are encouraged to submit applications early, as placement is subject to availability and assessment.
