It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Schedule a Consultation: After your initial inquiry, arrange a personalized consultation, either online or in-person, with the Admissions Team to discuss your child's needs and learn more about the school's offerings.
Schedule an English Language Assessment: If English is not your child's first language, an English Language Proficiency Assessment may be required to determine their language support needs.
Gather Required Documents: Collect necessary documents such as recent photographs, copies of passports, previous school records, immunization records, and any reports regarding educational or behavioral concerns.
Submit an Online Application: Complete and submit the online application form, ensuring all required documents are uploaded.
Complete Academic Assessments: Students from Grades 1 through 12 are required to undergo academic assessments to evaluate their readiness and appropriate grade placement.
Application Review: The Admissions Team will review the application and assessment results. This process may take a minimum of two weeks.
Receive Admissions Decision: Following the review, the Admissions Team will communicate the outcome. Acceptances are granted on a rolling basis based on availability, and students may be placed on a waitlist if immediate spots are not available.
ICS operates a waitlist system when grade levels reach capacity. Students placed on the waitlist remain there until a spot becomes available. The Admissions Team will notify families promptly once a position opens up.
ICS does not offer scholarships currently. The school does provide financial assistance options in some cases for families in need.
