Uniforms are purchased from Lim Meng Keng Department Store in Holland Village. Uniforms, including all shorts and shirts, must be worn during school sessions and should be modest, well-fitting, and clean. A phased transition to new uniform designs is planned: a new blue polo shirt will be introduced in 2026-27 and, by 2027-28, all students will wear the new designs.
Meals are provided by The Wok People and the canteen offers an a la carte ordering system. Online pre-orders are available, with junior sizes for K4–G5; students may also bring their own lunch.
The school is governed by a Board of Directors. It is registered as International Community School (Singapore) Ltd. The school operates as a non-profit international school.
International Community School (ICS) caters for students aged 4 to 18 and follows the American curriculum. It culminates in a High School Diploma, with Advanced Placement (AP) courses also available. Facilities at ICS include science labs, sports facilities, and a performing arts theatre that hosts seasonal productions helped by an active drama club. Additionally, students benefit from opportunities such as international exchanges and academic competitions.
