The school provides dedicated facilities and an Instrumental Programme offering individual or small-group lessons, plus year-round performance opportunities such as Nexus Beats and school productions.
The Nexus community is highly international, with over 60 nationalities represented. Language instruction includes Chinese (Mandarin), French, and Spanish taught by specialist teachers. In the IB Diploma Programme, English and Chinese are available as language options, with English listed among the languages of instruction.
There are extensive cocurricular offerings, with more than 115 cocurricular activities available. Nexus runs community service opportunities, including Care for Others Week and the Nexus International Fair. The school supports a broad range of service activities, with many opportunities for student involvement.
The IB Diploma Programme includes a comprehensive university and career programme to support learners' post-secondary plans. Small tutor groups, wide subject choices, and learner agency foster leadership, collaboration, and independence. Learners also gain entrepreneurial and leadership experience through events such as participation in Junior Achievement Singapore Company of the Year.
We also run an active Learner Council in Primary and Secondary school where learners have an important voice in their own educational experience.
