The campus is a 12-storey, purpose-built building located at 1 Aljunied Walk, Singapore. The spaces are flexible and designed to support personalised learning. The school features a Two-storey Auditorium with a large LED screen, Black Box Theatres, Arts and Design Studios with 3D printers and sewing machines, a Ceramics Studio with kiln, and a Science Mega Lab for hands-on experiments. It also includes an Aquatics Centre with an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a FIFA- and World Rugby-certified Astroturf field. Nursery and Kindergarten spaces and a Year 5–6 Learning Hub are part of the campus, along with other flexible learning areas.

The academic spaces include a Science Mega Lab with flexible workstations and advanced equipment, Arts and Design Studios equipped with 3D printers and sewing machines, and a Ceramics Studio with kiln. A Music Technology Studio and Music Practice Rooms support music production and practice. Flexible classrooms support engaged learning and adaptable lesson configurations.
Co-curricular activities include swimming, sports, and the arts. The school offers over 115 co-curricular opportunities including Primary and Secondary school productions, music ensembles, choirs and orchestras, the Nexus newspaper, competitive and recreational sports clubs, elite swimming and learn-to swim programmes, STEM and coding CCAs and more.
Nexus International School (Singapore) caters to learners aged 3 to 18.
