Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Book a tour or attend an open house:
Once you’ve matched with the school, consider booking a tour or attending an open house. This is an excellent opportunity to explore the campus, meet the staff, and gain a deeper understanding of the school environment.
Submit an application:
Complete the online application form with all the necessary documents, including academic records and identification. The admissions team will review your application to ensure eligibility.
Assessment and interview (if applicable):
Depending on the grade level, students may be required to attend an assessment or interview. This helps the school understand the student's academic background and suitability for the curriculum.
Offer and enrollment confirmation:
If your child is accepted, you will receive an official offer. Follow the instructions to confirm your enrollment, including submitting any required documents and making the tuition payment.
Prepare for the school year:
After confirmation, your child will be ready to start the academic year at OWIS Digital Campus. Orientation sessions will help with the transition to the new school environment.
OWIS Digital Campus may operate a waitlist system for certain grade levels when demand exceeds available spaces. If your preferred grade level is full, your child may be placed on the waitlist. The admissions team will contact families on the waitlist in the order their applications were received when a spot becomes available.
