Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Book a tour or attend an open house:
After confirming your interest, we recommend booking a school tour or attending one of the open house events. These are excellent opportunities to experience the school environment, meet staff, and ask questions about the curriculum, facilities, and school life.
Submit an application:
Complete the online application form with all required documents, including academic records, passport copies, and any other necessary forms. The admissions team will review the application to ensure eligibility.
Assessment and interview (if applicable):
Depending on your child's age and grade level, the school may request an assessment or interview to better understand their academic background and suitability for the school. This step ensures that the school can meet your child's needs.
Offer and enrollment confirmation:
If your child is accepted, you will receive an official offer letter and information on how to finalize enrollment. Once accepted, you’ll complete necessary paperwork and make the required tuition payment.
Start your school journey:
After completing enrollment, your child can begin their educational journey at OWIS Nanyang, with orientation sessions to help them settle into the school environment.
OWIS Nanyang operates a waitlist system for certain grade levels when demand exceeds available spaces. Once a spot becomes available, the admissions team contacts families on the waitlist in the order applications were received. It's advisable to apply early and stay in touch with the admissions office for updates.
