Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Submit application. Families must complete an online application form available on the Westbourne College (Singapore) website. Along with the form, applicants are required to submit a copy of the student’s passport or NRIC, school reports from the past two academic years, and a reference from the current school (this can be submitted later but is required before enrolment). Notably, the school does not charge any application or enrolment fees.
2. Visit the school. Although not mandatory, the school encourages families to schedule a visit to the campus or book a virtual meeting. This gives applicants and their parents the chance to understand the learning environment, speak with staff members, and ask any questions they may have.
3. Entrance assessments. Once the initial application documents are reviewed, the school arranges a set of entrance assessments. These include an aptitude test, an English proficiency test, and a mathematics test, each taking no more than an hour. Following the assessments, students are scheduled for a personal interview with the Principal to get to know them better and assess their suitability for the school’s programmes.
4. Offer and acceptance. If the assessments and interview go well, the school will send an official Offer Letter. This document outlines the terms of the offer and what is required next. To secure the place, parents must sign and return the Offer Letter within the timeframe provided.
5. Finalize Enrollment. Once the offer is accepted, the school will issue a formal Student Contract and a tuition invoice. The student’s place is confirmed after the contract is signed and the initial payment is made. The school provides all necessary documentation at this stage to complete the enrollment process smoothly.
6. Rolling Admissions and Additional Info. Westbourne College Singapore follows a rolling admissions policy, which means students can apply and be admitted at various times of the year. However, due to limited class sizes, early application is recommended.
