Afterschool Activity Programme includes Academic Extension as one of five areas. The programme runs in two daily sessions: 3:00 pm–4:00 pm teacher-led clubs and 4:00 pm–5:00 pm specialist-led clubs. In Secondary, clubs are organized into Academic Extension, Arts, and Sports and run in two time blocks (3:00 pm–4:00 pm and 4:00 pm–5:00 pm). Students may register for one or more clubs.
Arts and Creativity are supported through after-school activities, with an emphasis on self-expression and creativity. The arts program includes visits to galleries and exhibitions to inspire students and after-school art clubs to develop talents in a supportive environment. Performing arts are central, with events such as Year 6 Shakespeare Production, Young Voices Choir, Upper Primary Winter Performance, Secondary Spring Concert, and The School Band.
Language clubs are among the after-school activities, which also include Brighter Minds, Art, Drama, Baking, Board Games, and sports. These activities are led by qualified internal and external providers. The after-school program runs weekly from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The Student Council is a student-led body that represents the voice of the school community. Members plan events, projects, awareness campaigns, and school improvement ideas that enrich student life and build school spirit. Through leadership, teamwork, and responsibility, the Student Council promotes CIS values and global citizenship. Representatives are elected by peers, providing a democratic process and leadership development.

The school celebrates individual talents and achievements in sports and the arts and actively participates in local, national, and international competitions; some students represent national teams. In the arts, music, and performing arts, students have opportunities to perform, including the Young Voices Choir and the School Band. These activities support personal growth, confidence, and wellbeing.
Cambridge International School Bratislava offers a Cambridge-based education from primary through A‑levels, with an optional Slovak Maturita Year 14. The school combines Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level qualifications with the Slovak National Curriculum under accreditation by the Slovak Ministry of Education, and it welcomes a diverse community of more than 25 nationalities. In Primary (Years 2–6), teaching is in English and covers core subjects with reading emphasis supported by Accelerated Reader and Read, Write Inc. The Secondary programme (Years 7–13) follows the Cambridge framework, preparing students for IGCSEs and A‑Levels, alongside the option to graduate with Slovak Maturita.
