The school supports social and emotional development through a holistic approach that includes access to Nord Anglia Education's Global Campus learning platform for global projects and experiences. The school recognises the importance of well-being in academic success and fosters resilience and positive relationships with teachers and peers.

BISB promotes a safe and inclusive environment where students can develop confidence and resilience. Wellbeing is integrated into school life through pastoral support, counselling services where available, and a range of activities that promote mental health.
