Application fees
- No separate non‑refundable application fee is published. Upon acceptance the school requires a deposit equal to one month's school fee; this deposit must be paid within 10 days of signing the registration contract and is held by the school as security (returned at the end of the school year or used as the final monthly instalment if the pupil leaves during the year).

- The published annual tuition fees for the international programme are as follows (amounts in EUR):

- Grade 1 & 2: EUR 6,055.50. Per term: EUR 3,027.75.
- Grade 3: EUR 6,369.00. Per term: EUR 3,184.50.
- Grade 4 & 5: EUR 6,688.00. Per term: EUR 3,344.00.
- Grade 6: EUR 6,971.80. Per term: EUR 3,485.90.
- Grade 7 & 8: EUR 7,150.00. Per term: EUR 3,575.00.
- The school year is organised in two terms: First Term (September 2 to January 31) and Second Term (February 1 to June 23); the per‑term figures above are the published annual fee divided by two.

Afternoon care and extra programmes
- Afternoon care (extra programme for after normal school day) is charged separately. Published annual prices (2025/26) are: Afternoon care Grades 1–2: EUR 2,926.00 (per term EUR 1,463.00); Afternoon care Grades 3–4: EUR 2,699.40 (per term EUR 1,349.70); Afternoon care Grade 5: EUR 2,499.20 (per term EUR 1,249.60). An additional after‑school specialist programme for Grades 1–5 is available for an extra fee (amounts not published in the fee table).

Meals and catering charges
- Kindergarten: meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack) are included in the Kindergarten fee. For Grades 1–8, snacks and hot lunches are available for a fee. Sample prices as published (September 2025) include: Morning snack EUR 0.90; Regular lunch EUR 2.90; Vegetarian/diet lunch EUR 3.35; Afternoon snack EUR 0.79. Parents receive meal bills on the billing cycle they choose (monthly if the monthly method is selected).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- A deposit equal to one month's school fee is payable on acceptance and must be received within 10 days of signing the registration contract; the deposit is retained as security against lost/damaged books, unpaid food bills or property damage and is returned at the end of the school year or applied as the final month's instalment if the pupil leaves during the year.

Discounts
- A 5% discount is available for payment in full at the beginning of the school year. A 10% family discount applies to the youngest child from the same family who attends the programme.
