Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment options offered: annual payment (single transaction), semestrial payment (two instalments of 50% / 50%), or monthly direct debit (prélèvement automatique mensuel). Discounts apply for certain payment methods and sibling arrangements. Invoices are issued according to the chosen schedule; meal invoices are sent monthly unless annual payment is selected.
- Discount rules stated: 4% reduction on tuition if paid in one single payment (when paid by the stated deadline), 2% reduction if direct debit is set up before August, and sibling discounts (4% for 2nd child; 10% for 3rd; 15% for 4th; 20% for 5th, etc.). Boarding fees
- The school does not operate boarding (internat) facilities and therefore no boarding fees apply; the school's published information covers day provision, daycare and holiday daycare only.
Other costs and ancillary fees
- Teaching‑materials fee (frais de matériel pédagogique) and mandatory insurance (responsabilité civile / pupil insurance) are charged and included on the first invoice of the school year. For nursery/TPS the care material fee is EUR 140 and the insurance shown for TPS is EUR 38; morning snack (5 days) for TPS is EUR 210 (these specific items are listed for the creche/TPS level).

Refunds and non‑refund conditions

- Meal fees: a pro‑rata refund for the school lunches is possible for prolonged absences (minimum 5 consecutive days) with prior justification and notification to the secretariat; this refund is handled at the end of the school year.
