Academic and Intellectual

Robotics (Grades: G1–G2) introduces students to programming through LEGO-based projects, building teamwork and problem-solving skills. The Maker Lab is a Science & Craft Club (PK–G2) that blends experiments with hands-on making. RoboLab – Robotics & Programming Club provides beginner-friendly robotics activities using LEGO robotics to foster critical thinking and collaboration. Minecraft Club uses Minecraft Education to teach learning through creative teamwork.

Arts and Creative

Motion Maker – Dance & Expression focuses on movement, rhythm, and performance, encouraging creativity and confidence. AcroKids introduces gymnastics and movement as an expressive activity, with sessions that build strength and coordination. The program supports creative expression through choreography and group performances. It provides a creative outlet beyond academics.

Cultural and Language

Ukrainian Language Lessons teach basic Ukrainian through interactive, play-based learning (PK–G2). The program develops foundational language skills and cultural awareness in a playful setting. Sessions start when at least four children enroll, with activities organized to suit age groups. The program offers exposure to Ukrainian language and culture as part of after-school activities.

Social and Hobbies

Girl Scouts (Grades: K–G2) builds leadership, skill-building and community service through hands-on activities, camping, and badges. Minecraft Club provides collaborative, educational play using Minecraft Education to foster teamwork. Flag Football (G5 and up) emphasizes teamwork and sport in a non-contact setting with regular practices and matches. Tennis in Motion offers a tennis program for all levels with foundations and performance tracks.

Community and Service

Girl Scouts builds courage, confidence and character through leadership development and community service. Rescue Rangers – Skills, Safety & Adventure Club blends safety awareness with outdoor activities and practical skills. The program emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and helping others in everyday situations. These activities cultivate social responsibility and community-mindedness.

Leadership and Professional

Girl Scouts contributes to leadership development through organized activities. Leadership opportunities and project-based teamwork are central to many LIS after-school clubs. The experiences foster initiative, collaboration, and professional skills in a practical setting. Through participation, students gain confidence in leading groups and planning projects.

Lifestyle and Wellbeing

Sports and outdoor activities include Swimming (PK–G2) at Atlantis and Skiing at Krvavec, along with Judo for younger students. The Tiny Riders Club and AcroKids build balance, coordination, and confidence. After-school options include Flag Football, Tennis in Motion, and Volleyball to promote teamwork and fitness. Mindfulness and movement are supported by Motion Maker – Dance & Expression and Breathe & Balance – Little Yogis Club.
