Pastoral Care provides daily wellbeing support for students. Each year group meets with their form tutor daily, and the form tutor's primary role is the pastoral support and wellbeing of students. Pastoral Care supports safeguarding and student welfare. Each year group meets daily with a form tutor, whose primary role is pastoral support and the wellbeing of students. A school management system connects teachers, students and parents to monitor attendance, assignments and progress, enabling regular oversight of student welfare.
Vector International Academy is an independent international high school in Slovenia offering the IB Diploma Programme and Pearson Edexcel International GCSE for students aged 15 to 18. The school is accredited by the Slovene Ministry for Education. The IGCSE is awarded for ages 15 to 16 and the IB Diploma Programme for ages 16 to 18. The campus is housed in the historic 1905 St. Stanislav's Institute building, pairing a traditional setting with modern amenities. A state-of-the-art library supports quiet study and research. Students have access to multiple gyms and a range of sports, including climbing, bouldering, table tennis, and floorball, with additional activities offered by St Stanislav's Institute. An on-site kitchen and cafeteria provide daily meals, and green spaces overlook hills and mountains. On-site accommodation is available for IB students arriving from abroad.
