The school offers a co-educational boarding and day program with a dormitory for Grades 8–12. Dorm students are placed in houses by grade level and gender, with an English-language environment and evening academic support. Middle School houses are run by three staff members, delivering a 1:8 staff-to-student ratio; High School houses hold 12–24 students with a maximum staff-to-student ratio of 1:12. House teams include a Korean staff member to assist parent communication and address culturally sensitive issues, and divisional dorm offices provide daytime administrative support; dorm lounges, kitchens, and laundry facilities are available, and dorm nurses provide medical care.
Uniforms are available for purchase. A typical uniform set costs about 300,000.
Dormitory meals are provided by a catering company; payment for meals is separate from tuition and the amount will be announced later.

KIS Jeju is governed by the KISJ Board of Directors, constituted by YBMJIS, which meets monthly. The Executive Director coordinates governance communications to the Senior Leadership Team. KISJ is operated by YBMJIS and is a subsidiary of the YBM education company. YBM holds rights to ETS testing materials in Korea.
Korea International School, Jeju Campus (KISJ) is a co-educational day and boarding school for students from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12, with boarding starting in Grade 7. Teaching is delivered mainly in English, with world language classes such as Korean, Spanish and Chinese. KISJ offers an American standards-based program and provides Advanced Placement (AP) courses in High School. The school also offers the AP Capstone program for Grades 11 and 12. The campus is in Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si and was established as part of the Jeju Global Education City. For boarding students, the school describes themed extracurriculars and weekend activities that can include hiking and scuba diving.
