Billing schedule and per-term / in-year billing
- Standard billing: annual tuition fees are due in full before 1 September. Payment in instalments is possible by agreement with the accounting department. Late payment penalties apply (see below).
- Mid-year enrolment proration: if a student enrols after the start of the school year, tuition (and canteen and boarding fees) are prorated according to the date of enrolment using the following rule: registration after 01/10 = 90% of the annual amount; after 01/11 = 80%; 01/12 = 70%; 01/01 = 60%; 01/02 = 50%; 01/03 = 40%; 01/04 = 30%; 01/05 = 20%; 01/06 = 10%. The school's trimester start dates referenced for refunds are 01/09, 15/12, and 15/03.
- The school's published fees are annual figures; the institution requires full-year payment by the stated deadline unless a payment plan has been agreed with the accounting office. Instalment schedules (when granted) are handled through the accounting service.

Boarding (internat) fees and schedule
- Boarding is optional and runs for 10 months (September–June). Annual boarding fee: KRW 5,982,000. This covers accommodation, evening meals and supervised evening study for the boarding period. Any month started is payable in full.
- Example instalment schedule shown for boarding (payment deadlines and amounts): due 01/09 = KRW 2,392,800; due 01/01 = KRW 1,794,600; due 01/04 = KRW 1,794,600 (total equals KRW 5,982,000). Temporary absences: a student who keeps a room during a temporary leave is charged an administrative fee of KRW 100,000 per month.

Other mandatory and optional costs
- School cafeteria (canteen) — annual amounts: Elementary KRW 1,400,000; Secondary KRW 1,500,000 (covers lunches five days a week, September–June). These amounts are billed annually and are subject to change.
- Uniforms — the uniform is mandatory (minimum three pieces: pants or skirt; jacket for secondary or sweatshirt for elementary; white polo). Prices vary by model. Families should budget for the purchase of a complete uniform set.
- Examination registration fees (set by the exam centre): Diplôme National du Brevet (DNB, 3e) KRW 160,000; Early baccalaureate exams (EA, 1re) KRW 400,000; Baccalaureate exams (terminale) KRW 710,000. These are not included in the standard annual tuition.
- Textbooks and supplies: loaned textbooks are included for certain levels but any lost or damaged book will be charged to the family. Supplies for middle and high school, some extracurricular activities and certain educational outings are not included in the tuition and will be billed separately. Elective options or specialty courses may incur additional charges depending on participation. AES (extracurricular activity) fees must be paid in full on receipt of the invoice.

Payment terms, methods and late-payment penalties
- Currency and method: all invoices are issued exclusively in South Korean won (KRW). Cash is not accepted. Payments must be made only by bank transfer to the school's account at KOOKMIN BANK (Swift Code: CZNBKRSE; Account: 923201-01-043739; beneficiary name in Korean as provided by the school). When making a transfer, indicate the student's name and class; if a third party pays, notify accounting.
- Due dates and responsibility: responsibility for payment lies with the family; the total amount due must be paid before 1 September unless a waiver/instalment plan has been approved by the accounting office. The initial registration fee must be paid within 15 days of invoicing; the re-enrolment fee must be paid before May 19.
- Late payment: if full tuition is not paid 20 calendar days after the child's initially scheduled arrival and no payment plan exists, or if a scheduled payment is not honoured within 20 days of its due date, a penalty of 3% per year on the outstanding amount will be charged, calculated pro rata by days late. Non-payment may lead to student removal and legal action; unpaid balances at the end of June may prevent re-enrolment for the following year.

Refund and cancellation policy
- Registration fee and re-enrolment fee are non-refundable. If a family cancels enrollment before 1 September, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. After 1 September, annual tuition fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of force majeure: unused trimesters may be refunded upon submission of supporting documentation (trimester start dates used for calculation: 01/09, 15/12, 15/03). Cafeteria and boarding fees and transport fees are refundable for months not commenced. Borrowed textbooks must be returned at least two days before departure to avoid charges.

Contacts for payments and accounting
- Accounting contact email: accounting@xavier.sc.kr. For payment enquiries and to request an approved instalment plan or waiver, contact the accounting office within the deadlines stated in the financial regulations.
