Two campuses on Mallorca, Spain: Sant Agustí and Sa Porrassa. Sant Agustí is in the coastal village on the outskirts of Palma; Sa Porrassa is on the Cala Figuera road in Calvià. The school is part of the Orbital Education group.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is billed in three terms. Payments are due on: Term 1 – 1 August; Term 2 – 1 December; Term 3 – 1 March. Paying the full annual tuition in advance by 1 August qualifies for a 3% discount.
- Fees are payable in advance. The school may apply a 10% surcharge to overdue payments.
- Withdrawing a student requires two months' written notice or payment of two months' tuition fees in lieu of notice. The school reserves the right to withdraw a place if fees are not paid on time.

Application, registration and deposit fees

- BIC Sa Porrassa (new students): Registration fee (non-refundable) EUR 600 and refundable deposit EUR 800 payable on acceptance. Re-enrolment deposit for returning students EUR 600 (non-refundable) payable by the end of the second term and deducted from the Term 1 invoice.
- BIC Sant Agustí (new students): Registration fee (non-refundable) EUR 500 and refundable deposit EUR 600 payable on acceptance. Re-enrolment deposit for returning students EUR 500 (non-refundable) payable by the end of the second term and deducted from the Term 1 invoice.
- Refund of the refundable deposit is made when the child leaves the school, provided two months' notice is given in advance.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable; there are no boarding fees listed.

Other costs and recurring charges

- School uniform is required and purchased online via the designated supplier. Uniform costs are charged to families directly through the supplier.
- School lunches are optional and charged separately by the school's catering provider; parents are invoiced directly by that provider.
- Optional excursions and trips are charged separately at cost and invoiced when appropriate. External examination fees for IGCSE, AS and A Level are charged according to the examining boards and invoiced separately.
- Replacement Yondr pouches are available from the school at EUR 33 each.
- Students are covered by a school group accident insurance policy while on premises or on school-led activities; further details are available from the school.

Refund and surcharge rules

- Registration fees are non-refundable. Re-enrolment deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the Term 1 invoice for the following year. Refundable deposits for new students are returned when a pupil leaves, subject to two months' notice.
- A surcharge may be applied to overdue payments (the school reserves the right to apply a 10% surcharge).
