Introduction

Brains International School Las Palmas is a private bilingual school for ages 1–12 offering a Spanish curriculum with Advanced Placement options. It provides an international, multilingual program for Nursery, Infants and Primary, with continuity to Secondary and Baccalaureate at Brains Telde. Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Brains Las Palmas provides a family environment with personalised attention to students and families. A values programme is part of the school ethos, and daily sport supports student life. A variety of curricular and extracurricular activities develops social and emotional skills, including chess, drama, judo, rhythmic gymnastics, and cooking-related activities that include emotional education. English as an Additional Language (EAL)

English and Spanish are working languages. In Infant Education, children develop fluency in English. In Primary Education, students develop oral and written comprehension and expression in Spanish and English. From the age of 3, students have their first contact with a language other than English, with French and German introduced through songs and games.
