The school has extensive indoor and outdoor facilities. A sports center anchors the campus with a variety of outdoor fields and courts, and four classroom buildings house laboratories, computer rooms, and music and rehearsal spaces with up-to-date technology in every classroom. Dining room service and day care are available as part of the school provisions. The campus is designed to support both the British-style curriculum and language immersion, with facilities that complement classroom learning.
The school offers 10,000 m² of sports facilities, including a multifunctional sports hall (503 m²) with four badminton courts, a volleyball court, a five-a-side football pitch and a dance stage. There are three outdoor football pitches (one artificial turf), three basketball courts and two tennis courts. Three swimming pools are available, one covered for year-round use and another adapted for infants. An outdoor athletics track complements the sports complex.

After-school activities are offered for students of all ages. The school operates a House System to organise pupils, and a wide variety of sports facilities supports curricular and extra-curricular sporting activities.
British School of Vila-Real offers a dual qualification pathway for ages 2 to 18, delivering the British National Curriculum alongside elements of the Spanish curriculum. All subjects are taught in English, with Spanish and Valencian in Primary and additional languages (German, French or Mandarin) starting in Year 5. In Secondary, students sit IGCSE/GCSE examinations, and a Cambridge Preparation Centre operates via a Saturday School. In Sixth Form, students study A Levels with direct access to universities in Spain and abroad, gaining British and Spanish qualifications.
