Uniform is required for all students from Educación Infantil through Bachillerato. Boys wear a white polo shirt with the school shield (short or long sleeves), a maroon cardigan with shield, navy shorts or navy trousers, navy socks and navy shoes; optional: a maroon cardigan for Infantil. Girls wear a maroon cardigan or jumper with a V-neck and shield, a white polo shirt, a navy skirt with shield, navy shoes with navy tights; Infantil uses a baby uniform. Bachillerato students wear camel-colored chinos and a maroon hoodie with the logo. Uniforme deportivo (PE) is worn on PE days: navy tracksuit with maroon trim and logo, navy shorts and a white PE t-shirt, with white sneakers; optional navy padded vest. Bachillerato also has a white t-shirt with the logo, a maroon hoodie with the logo, and navy trousers with a maroon stripe and logo. The official uniform can be purchased only at El Corte Inglés.
The school offers an on-site dining service with its own kitchen that prepares daily menus designed by the Dietetics and Nutrition Department. The dining service has an educational role, supports families in developing healthy eating habits, and accommodates allergies and intolerances. You can contract the service by the day, and for occasional needs your child can use it that day. A monthly menu is provided, along with individual reports on dining behavior and an annual information session for families. The service runs after classes and ends at 15:30, after which some extracurricular activities begin; lunch-time activities are part of the 'Vida Saludable' project. The person responsible is Dª. Ownership is held by the Titularidad Fundación Pía Autónoma San Juan de Ávila. The school is led by a titular Director and an Administrator, supported by an Academic Director, Jefatura de Estudios, and coordinators for Infantil, Primaria, and Secundaria/Bachillerato, as well as coordinators for Evangelization, Bilingualism and Quality.
Colegio Internacional Virgen de Gracia in Granada is a diocesan bilingual international school serving ages 3 to 18. Instruction is in Spanish and English, with options to study French and German. It is a Cambridge exam centre and offers Diploma Dual programme, combining the Spanish diploma with the American High School Diploma to support entry to U.S. universities and institutions worldwide, alongside Cambridge qualifications. The curriculum is bilingual English–Spanish and follows a CLIL/AICLE model that integrates language learning with content and uses cross-language terminology and a communicative approach. The school provides weekly Cambridge exam preparation and on-site exams, with electives in Secondary and Bachillerato. In Early Childhood Education, learning embraces neuroscience-informed methods and Montessori-inspired practices with small classes. Facilities include morning care, a school dining service, and a summer program, plus an after-school activity slate. French and German are offered as electives, with exchange opportunities and immersion stays abroad.
