Coruña British International School has modern, spacious facilities. The grounds total over 3,200 m2 with 1,800 m2 of buildings. Special spaces include covered patios for play, a dance/drama studio, a workshop, a greenhouse, sport facilities and a duck pond. Younger students have dedicated role-play spaces such as a veterinary practice, a shop and a tool workshop, plus a children's playground. A Learning Hub provides a library, a learning support room and a technology space, and there is an adventure playground with a large slide. A new campus opens in Culleredo in September 2026, on a 38,698 m2 plot with 14,800 m2 built, including a gymnasium, an indoor sports pavilion, an auditorium, an outdoor sports area, and arts and STEAM classrooms.
The current campus has an indoor heated swimming pool, playing fields, a covered sports area and a psychomotor development facility. The new Culleredo campus will include a gymnasium, an indoor sports pavilion and a 1,412 m² single-storey sports centre connected by a covered walkway, plus an outdoor sports area.
A Learning Hub provides a library, a learning support room and a technology space. Early Years classrooms have a dedicated outdoor area and their own playground. Primary classrooms are arranged around an open, shared space with no corridors. Secondary and Baccalaureate classrooms are organised around a STEAM area with laboratories, workshops, and music and art classrooms. The canteen provides a menu prepared by a professional chef and supervised by a nutritionist.
Extracurricular activities run from 4pm to 5pm and are booked on a termly basis. Activities are grouped by age, including EY/KS1 and Primary/Secondary offerings such as Arts & Crafts, Multisports, Mini Athletics, Little Chefs, Theatre & Storytelling, Chess (beginners/intermediate and advanced), Ballet, Gymnastics, Robotics (several levels), New Technologies, Debate, Guitar, Piano, Art, Athletics (Running Club), French Club, Spanish Language Support and more; the school also runs Duke of Edinburgh, Maths Club, Galician Club, Surf, and Homework Club, among others.
Coruña British International School offers a British international education for ages 3–18. It follows the English National Curriculum across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form (A-Levels). The school provides English immersion alongside a multilingual approach to support international and local families.
