Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition Fees and Boarding Fees are invoiced in three instalments and should be settled according to the payment schedule unless the full year is paid in advance. Instalment due dates are: Term 1 — at the time of enrolment; Term 2 — 12 December 2025; Term 3 — 12 March 2026. The re‑enrolment fee due date is 13 April 2026 for the following school year.
- A 3% discount on tuition is available for payment of the full annual tuition fee at the time of first enrolment or re‑enrolment for the following school year. A 3% sibling discount is available on the tuition fee for a second or subsequent child. Founding Family fee reductions (already reflected in the figures above where applicable) include a 20% reduction in tuition for the first year and a 50% reduction in both the Endowment Fee and the Admissions & Evaluation Fee for the first year.

Refunds, withdrawal and non‑refundables
- Admissions & Evaluation Fee, Enrolment Fee and Endowment Fee are non‑refundable.
- If a student withdraws, the following charges apply (fees shown are proportions of the annual tuition and boarding fees plus the non‑refundable admissions fees):
- Withdrawal from first school day to 31 October: pay 1/3 of annual tuition and boarding fees plus admissions fees.
- Withdrawal from 1 November to 31 December: pay 1/2 of annual tuition and boarding fees plus admissions fees.
- Withdrawal from 1 January to 28 February: pay 2/3 of annual tuition and boarding fees plus admissions fees.
- Withdrawal after 1 March: pay the full annual tuition (no reduction).
- Tuition and Boarding Fees already paid for any term are non‑refundable if the student attends any classes in that term; there is no discount for delayed enrolment during a term. Written notice of permanent withdrawal should be given one term in advance; failure to provide the required notice makes the fees for the following term due.

Admissions

Admissions

Day students (Year 3–Year 10, ages 7–14) and boarding students (Year 7–Year 10, ages 11–14) are admitted at Creators International School in Benahavís, Málaga, Spain. The curriculum is delivered in English, with Spanish language lessons and language support for students for whom English is a second or foreign language. The school operates as a STEM-focused day and boarding school and leads to British examinations. The admissions process consists of five steps: Enquiry; Mathematics Entrance Test (in-person or online) after paying the Admissions and Evaluation Fee; a School Visit and Evaluation with the student and parents; completion of the online Application Form; and Acceptance, followed by payment of the Enrolment Fee and Endowment Fee and the start of tuition and boarding fees. Stage 2 requires international boarding students to provide the necessary visa documents, health records, previous school reports, and any relevant assessments. The school may place applicants in a Waiting Pool if there are no vacancies; the Waiting Pool is reviewed whenever a vacancy arises. Preference may be given to siblings. Applications for admission are accepted from February 2024 for the 2025–2026 academic year; registering interest for the 2026–2027 academic year began on February 26, 2024.
